Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

All new insurance protocols initialized on our platform come with a 14-day "Cooling-Off" period. If you decide the protocol isn't a fit for your strategy, you can cancel for a full restoration of your premium, provided no claims have been filed.

2. Mid-Term Cancellation

You may terminate your protocol engagement at any time. We calculate your pro-rata premium usage up to the minute of termination. Remaining funds will be returned to your original payment gateway within 3-5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Specific high-priority setup fees (e.g., specialized hardware installation for Bio-Shield or Enterprise Armor) are non-refundable once installation has been completed.
